Progressive provides maintenance and training services through a group of highly skilled and trained service engineers. Maintenance and training services may be scheduled through our customer service department.

Labor charges
All rates apply to service in the U.S., during normal business hours of 8 am—5 pm, Monday—Friday.

Installation/maintenance services
$125.00/hour

Training/engineering services
$125.00/hour

Travel
$115.00/hour + actual cost of transportation

Expenses (rental car, hotel, etc.)
$200.00/day estimated (actual will apply)

Meal per diem
$39.00/day Domestic
$75.00/day Outside the USA


Parts order processing

 
In-stock parts are typically shipped within 24 hours. Parts not in stock sometimes can be expedited. Expedited shipments may carry an expedite fee.

Remote monitoring

 
Many of our systems have modems installed so that we can remotely monitor and troubleshoot a machine anywhere in the world from our Service Department.

Progressive offers extensive training for all of our systems either at our headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan or at your facility. A wide range of training programs are available including:
